Nicole Lust has spent three years on The Shield staff, and is currently a 17-year-old Senior at Laurel High School. During her sophomore year she served as a News Brief Editor, Copy Editor, and Managing Editor; and, during her junior year she was a Copy Editor and Managing Editor for her junior year. Currently, she is Chief Editor on the staff and has high hopes for the future of the newspaper and its success this year.
